Transoplast’s ambition: to capture more market share and attract new customers in the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium. With Meta Ads, a completely new platform for Transoplast, we focused on three main objectives:
- Revenue growth: Drive more conversions with Meta Ads, targeting direct revenue alongside brand awareness.
- Strong ROAS: Ensure every marketing euro delivers maximum returns.
- Reaching new customers: Use targeted ads not only to retarget visitors but also to engage new customers.

Our Approach
For Transoplast, we laid a complete foundation for successful Meta Ads. This included both technical preparations and the development of a data-driven strategy.
- Technical setup and data integration: Meta Ads was uncharted territory for Transoplast, so we started by setting up conversion events to measure valuable interaction moments. With this data, we continuously optimized the campaigns. We integrated the full product catalog and set up Dynamic Product Ads (DPA). - Targeted audience building and segmentation: In B2B e-commerce, reaching the right audience is everything. We used available customer data (in line with privacy regulations) to optimize the algorithm for better performance. Additionally, we analyzed customer lists and built lookalike audiences tailored to each country. For the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium, we developed unique targeting strategies that reflected local market dynamics and customer needs. This enabled us to reach the most relevant audiences per country and effectively scale campaigns for maximum returns.
- Creative optimization: To boost both brand awareness and conversions, we created a mix of static visuals, product videos, and DPAs (as seen in the image). Through A/B testing, we identified the best-performing formats and used these insights to continuously improve the campaigns. Which ad format do you think made the biggest impact for Transoplast?
- Budget management and optimization based on Lifetime Value (LTV): Our approach focused on the long-term value (LTV) of customers. For smaller clients, we aimed for a low CPA with a high ROAS, while for larger clients, we strategically accepted a higher CPA due to their higher LTV. This strategic budget management ensured increasingly profitable campaigns. With an average LTV of €275 per customer, this approach delivered sustainable results.
